Feed data can be requested using the Layar Point of Interest URL eg.
http://byke.cloudcontrolled.com/lightrod/locations/layar-server.php?lat=50.0&lon=0.0&show=50
which returns a JSON array as documented on this Layar format page.
Parameters
lat: latitude in decimal degrees.
lon: longitude in decimal degrees.
show: number of records to retrieve.
