Leading first through Union Square and then past the 2021-opened East Somerville MBTA Green Line Station, S | Ferry St Everett then leads down Washington and Cambridge Streets, past Sullivan Square and then across the Mystic River on the Alfred Street Bridge. Continuing past the Encore Boston Harbor Casino, you then proceed past what it little-known to be the site of Everett station, until 1975 the terminus of the Charlestown Elevated section of the MBTA Orange Line. This line ends as you pass through culturally rich Everett and arrive at Ferry Street, just to the north of the center.
